The Regular Meeting of the San Juan County Fire Protection District #2 will take place at the Eastsound Fire Hall on Thursday afternoon, May 21, at 5:30 p.m.
The agenda calls for the April 2015 Financial Report, correspondence, Chief’s Report and Public Comment. Other agenda items include:
1. Volunteer Coordinator Position – Acting Chief Preysz will introduce the new Volunteer Coordinator to the Commissioners.
2. FF/EMT Responder Position – Acting Chief Preysz will introduce the new FF/EMT Responder to the Commissioners.
3. District Secretary Duties – Commissioners will discuss a job description and stipend for the District Secretary position.
4. Cost Recovery – Acting Chief Preysz will update Commissioners on the Cost Recovery Program.
5. Fire Marshal Program – Acting Chief Preysz will provide an update on the Fire Marshal Program.
6. Station 25 – Acting Chief Preysz will provide an update on the lease of the Olga Fire Station.
7. Volunteer Benefits – Acting Chief Preysz will discuss changes to the volunteer members’ benefits.
