KIRO Radio has your chance to win a San Juan Islands getaway trip for two, including a two-night stay at Earthbox Inn & Spa in Friday Harbor plus a Maya’s Legacy Whale and Wildlife tour! All you have to do is complete the entry form…and you’ll be entered to win! Must be 21+ to enter. Masks are required in public spaces.

The Islands are one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.i have only been on Friday Harbor and Orcas.

I’ve only been to the islands twice and both times we’re short, due to the ferries. I would love to visit and have a romantic time with my fiancé.

I entered, and if I win I will continue to shelter at home on Orcas Island with minimal forays into public spaces.
This contest violates the current “essential travel only” orders.

Are some of these comments jokes by islanders using pen names? Seriously folks! You hope to save your relationship by coming here for a3 night stay? If i weren’t afraid that these were real people making serious comments, I’d be LMAO at the clever humor poked at the absurdity of KIRO’s contest. The “Maya’s Legacy” whale watch tour offered is cringeworthy – especially since the Navy plans to blast them into extinction with sonar war games.
I plan to enter. :D

The SJI are beautiful but are in a stage2 lockdown, please why is this being advertised? People need to stay home. You will not be welcomed.
