The Orcas Eagle Forum has invited Tim Blanchard of the Common Sense Alliance, Ed Kilduff, a Hydrogeologist / Engineering Geologist, Former Commissioner John Evans, and Commissioner Richard Fralick to present perspectives and answer questions from the public about this important topic.
