Funds available will be distributed to the recurring entities: Theatres, Museums, and SJC Parks.

Do vacation rentals participate in this? The vaca rentals that surround my home we’re full as soon as we got to phase two.
People who are short-term renting legally (with a permit) are required to pay the lodging tax. I don’t know if they receive any compensation for lost income due to the shutdown from the CARES Act, or any other funding. I just asked a friend who is a VR owner, and he said that he didn’t know, but he also said that he hadn’t received any notice that he’s eligible for any type of compensation.
But, my guess is that if our councilmen can find a way… they will.
