The comment period for the Preliminary Draft Housing Element and the Fourth Draft Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) has been extended to January 28, 2020.
The Department of Community Development (DCD) prefers to have comments by January 16th in order to incorporate public feedback into the Planning Commission briefing. Still, DCD will continue to receive comments until January 28, the day after the Council briefing.
What to comment on: Comments on the draft Housing Element and proposed goals and policies in Attachment A are especially helpful.
