San Juan County’s Public Works Department is in the design phase of a project to replace the Deer Harbor Bridge on Channel Road. Currently, engineers are considering a design which includes a 90-foot span, a three-way stop and hard shore armoring.
Department personnel will be available at the following community events on Orcas to offer information about the design and other aspects of the project:
