LEGAL NOTICE
San Juan County Health & Community Services is requesting proposals for mental health and chemical dependency treatment programs to be funded with one-tenth of one percent sales tax funds for the period of October 1, 2011 – September 30, 2012.
Proposals must address one or more of the following identified priorities: 1) school-based mental health services to children, youth and their families grades P- 12; 2) community-based outpatient mental health services for the uninsured; 3) improved access to chemical dependency treatment services for low income youth and/or adults.
These categories are not in any priority order. Estimated funding available is $75,000. Letters of Interest (LOI) must be received no later than 5 p.m. June 22, 2011 in order to receive an application packet. Electronic submissions of LOIs will be accepted.
