— from the Orcas Issues staff —
It was a wild and wonderful week, with high emotions and pride in accomplishment.
From the OASIS (Orcas Alternative Student-Initiated Studies) High School graduation, to the presentation of senior projects, to the traditional scholarship awards at the Celebration of Success to the culminating Commencement Service, with music, speeches, the now-traditional video and the handing out of diplomas, Orcas graduates, their families and friends said goodbye and began their journeys into the future.
