acrobatic-conundrum_loveandgravity_group_danny-bouletThe circus is coming to Orcas Center. Acrobatic Conundrum returns to Orcas Center with Love & Gravity Friday, October 28 at 6:30 pm. This unique theatrical experience welcomes the whole family.

In this new, thrillingly beautiful circus show, Acrobatic Conundrum transports audiences to a captivating world seemingly free of the bounds of physics, but not free of the capricious struggle for human connection. Fluent in the language of acrobatics, this cast risks all on a quest to tell honest accounts from an uncharted territory. Real life romances are portrayed through mesmerizing juggling acts, breathtaking aerial and partner acrobatics — all while balancing on a bar 20 feet in the air! This show will upend everything you thought you knew about these two laws of attraction: Love & Gravity.

One of Acrobatic Conundrum’s artists, Xochitel Sosa recently blogged, “This is what I hope lies ahead for circus arts: a full sense experience for the audience. Circus arts can tell stories, take people into other worlds, comment on social issues, and turn people so far upside down that it’s unforgettable. Circus arts can entice people away from their screens and mindless scrolling. Circus arts can give people a chance to fully live and breathe the performance.”

Here is what audiences are saying about Acrobatic Conundrum:
“Anyone longing for a unique theatrical experience, featuring a masterful group of artists who
trash formulaic and traditional methods, and take astonishing physical risks with precision,
narrative, and perception, must see this extraordinary company perform.” – Judy Finelli, founder of San Francisco Circus Center, member of Pickle Family Circus
