The Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce invites the public to come to another in its series of Business Essentials Seminars & Workshops provided to Chamber members and the public. “Optimize Your Website – 7 Simple Steps to Getting Found Online” will be presented this Thursday, Dec. 10.
“This panel discussion will feature four outstanding local web experts who will share the tips they believe will help anyone with – or without – a website, get found by people looking for your business online. Your website needs to be current and relevant!” says the Chamber’s Executive Director Lance Evans. The panel includes:

- Joe Thoron (Thoron & Company)
- Andrew Youngren (376 Productions)
- Joe Symons (JoeBay U)
This will be an interactive session, with lots of great advice and suggestions to use immediately to help your business profile in the online world. “And we will look to those in attendance to share your knowledge as we aim to make the Orcas Island online world the best it can be!” adds Evans.
The meeting is being held on Thursday, December 10 in the Victorian Room of the Outlook Inn. 7:45 am for coffee/tea & treats, with the seminar running from 8 am – 9:15 am. Chamber members are asked for a $5 donation to help offset room costs; non-Chamber members are welcome to attend at $15 per person.
