The September meeting of the Cancer Support Group will be held in the Fireside Room of Orcas Island Community Church at 5 p.m. At our informal meetings you’ll have a chance to share your experiences, problems, and feelings with those who are currently going through treatment, or those who are in remission or have been healed.
Your family members or friends and caregivers are very welcome to attend our meetings with or without you. Often family and friends have their own concerns and feelings that need to be shared and understood.
You can learn what others have done to successfully cope with their cancer and treatment at our monthly confidential no cost meetings. We encourage you to share the journey with us.
