Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, all OISD schools located on Orcas Island will be closed Monday, January 13, and all school events are cancelled.
Tuesday, January 14, 2020
Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, all OISD schools located on Orcas Island will begin two hours late on Tuesday, January 14, and all school events are cancelled.
The Community Dinner at Orcas Christian School on January 14 is cancelled because of predicted cold weather and road conditions. We look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday, February 11, for a Mexican feast!

The Orcas Garden Club meeting on Wednesday, January 15 is cancelled due to the winter weather. We’ll try to reschedule Kristy Bredin for a later date.
Orcas Senior Center has cancelled their Meeting of the Minds lecture on Bats by Russel Barsh from Kwiaht on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 1 p.m. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 1 p.m.
