Internet Explorer Issues Fixed

I am posting this again to make sure it is viewed by our users on Facebook so they know that the IE problems (where the Orcas Issues pages wouldn’t open and IE kept restarting) has been fixed. It started with Microsoft’s Nov. 10 Windows Update and was fixed on Nov. 18th.

I wondered if it was my computer since I downloaded windows 10 as it would work fine on my old computer.
