Gov. Jay Inslee announced the extension of 25 proclamations [Friday] in response to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. The extensions were approved by the state Legislature.
A July 30 letter from the Legislature extends the following proclamations until September 1, 2020.

Ok, I want to get this out there, And I’ll tie it into the Corona Virus.
What is going on? I have a theory. Just a theory, mind you, and certainly not a complete reality.
What we are seeing is a covert political war between a nationalist power faction and a globalist power faction, playing out in the US.
The globalist power faction can be seen controlling the last four presidents, as evidenced by the same Middle Eastern takeover plans onfolding over this period, as well as the same policies of looting of America and shipping our industries overseas.
The Trump presidency represents a nationalistic power faction that took power, in 2016. The globalists own most of the media, and they have been attacking Trump (the nationalist faction) down since since they took over, and that has devolved into a hilariously ridiculous effort at times. Ask yourself: When has another president been treated like this? Why?
So the globalist power faction picked Joe Biden to try and retake the Executive Branch’s power in the US.
Unfouranatly, and I don’t know why, we are all seeing him as totally incompetant and senile. Why is he being displayed like this? I don’t know.
So how can the globalists take back the presidency if Joe Biden can’t win on his own merits?
You have to do something big. Like crash the whole economy with a blown out of proportion virus scare. When that doens’t seem to hurt the nationalists, you create, (or take over) a Black Lives Matter movement and try and create chaos. This is obviously evidenced by all the politicions, like the seatlle mayor and others being complicit in this. Defunding the police? Minneapolis city councel actually voted to totally defund thier police department. That is going to be total chaos?
This is not a Democrat vs. Republican thing. It is two power factions fighting for control over the US.
