Grace McCune will lead "Rock on the Rock" Singers beginnning Thursday, Sept. 1 -- All are welcome to join.
“Rock on the Rock Singers,” led by Grace McCune, return to the Orcas Center for another six-week Thursday night series.
“This fun and highly entertaining group provides a great outlet for singers of all types,” says McCune. The music in this series will offer a wide range of styles from Nat King Cole, to The Mamas and the Papas and U2.
Ron Myers on the piano and Robert Austin on drums will accompany McCune’s direction. The “Rock on the Rock Singers” will meet every Thursday at 5:30-7:30pm starting Sept. 1.
Rehearsals will be held in the Madrona Room at the Orcas Center and will culminate in a free performance open to friends and family. To sign up, just show up on the day and time of the class. There are no auditions. The cost is $55 for the 6 week series.
