WORLDS OF COLOR
By Two Island Women
Gail Anderson-Toombs & Susan Slapin

Gail is a long time, grateful resident of Orcas Island, a self taught artist and art teacher, from an artistic family that goes generations backwards and forward! Her acrylic paintings are colorful, imaginative and fun, often with costume or vintage jewelry in them
Her work is light and happy to hopefully bring a smile to your face! To see more of Gails work: Email laughingcatdesigns@yahoo.com.

Susan is a long time Orcas Island resident. Visual artist: painter, poet, author, and art creativity coach/mentor. In love with color, texture, and light, sensory aspects inherent in the world of nature and beauty. Painting mediums include soft pastels and mixed media acrylics, and yes – Grateful for it all! This is going to be a great show. Two very different art styles but no doubt a complimentary. I look forward to seeing it.
