The Orcas Island Library’s exhibiting artist for the month of September is Barbara Evans, whose show is entitled Through the Prism of Water.
Barbara has used oils, watercolors, pastels and drawing to convey her connection to the element of water in our Island home, in various locations and conditions of weather, light and season.
The ever-changing conditions have inspired her and provided an opportunity for many creative expressions.
