Will Stephens and Dad Andrew Stephens celebrate their first prize win in the Bill Yarlott Derby at Cascade Lake

The 13th Annual Bill Yarlot Fishing Derby sponsored by Friends of Moran and Eastsound Sporting Goods took place at Moran State Park on Saturday.
Despite the heavy early morning rainfall more than 20 kids showed up to drop a line into Cascade Lake to take home a rainbow trout and a prize donated by local businesses.
First place was hooked by Will Stephens (pictured with his Dad, Andrew, of Orcas Island.
