Eastsound Water staff will be working in the Blanchard, Seaview, Mountain View areas on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 18 and 19.
The purpose of the work is to increase water pressure on Mountain View. This work will alter how water moves through a significant number of water mains in the area. It is possible that cloudy water could result from this work. EWUA’s plan includes flushing from multiple locations in the area during this work to refresh water as quickly as possible. NO service outage is anticipated. If you have any troubles, please call them into the office.
Below is a map of the area with the greatest potential to be impacted. Properties in the red oval are most likely to be impacted. Properties in the blue rectangle could possibly be impacted.
