— from Paul Kamin, EWUA —
On Monday August 15, Eastsound Water will be doing construction work on Prune Alley. This work is in support of the new four-home development at 430 Prune Alley. To bring water to the site, Prune Alley will need to be “cut open” to access the existing water main that is in the southbound lane of the road.
This work will take most of the day, and will impair traffic in both directions of Prune Alley. Flaggers will be onsite to support traffic, but it would be best to detour around the area. This project is not designed to require a water shut off or disturbance.
