Regarding the continuation of the San Juan County Health Officer Order requiring that face coverings still be worn inside businesses:
There are updated posters for businesses available, in both 11 x 17 and 8.5 x 11 versions.
As a reminder, this policy will be reviewed no later than June 26, when all of the 12-17 year-olds receiving their first shots over the coming week will be fully vaccinated. The intent is to limit indoor unmasked exposures for our teenagers, many of who are working front and center at local supermarkets, restaurants, and other local businesses.

It’s simple – if you have a teenager working at your facility you can require a mask until they are vaccinated. We are all perfectly capable of making our own intelligent appropriate decisions and we don’t need a little dictator making unconstitutional restrictions for us.
