The statewide indoor mask mandate is being rescinded tonight, March 11, at 11:59 pm, in many settings. The local Health Officer face covering order is also being rescinded at the same time.

L&I is updating their mask requirements for businesses as well. Per the L&I website (https://www.lni.wa.gov/safety-health/safety-topics/topics/coronavirus ), as of March 12, masks will no longer be required in many settings.

Masks will continue to be required in health care settings, long-term care, and correctional facilities. In addition, as noted on the L&I website some businesses/organizations may still require masks in their facilities.
