A Deputy on San Juan Island responded to a medical alert call with EMS. The patient was found to be alert and conscious and refused further assistance.

A Deputy on San Juan Island found money on the ground at the Fairgrounds during Sheriff’s Office training. The Deputy later booked the found property into evidence. It is unknown at this time who the money belongs to.

A Deputy on Orcas was dispatched to a possible child abuse call. After an investigation it was found the CPS had already followed up on the allegations. A report was taken.

A Deputy on San Juan Island responded to a report of vandalism. A mailbox appeared to have been hit by a vehicle at an unknown time. No suspect information. The incident was documented.

A Lopez Deputy responded to a trouble unknown call generated from a 911 hang up. Upon investigation, an elderly Lopez community member had fallen inside their residence. EMS responded, evaluated, and assisted the citizen.

A Deputy on San Juan Island took a walk-in complaint from a citizen. This matter is an ongoing civil issue and there is no law enforcement action to be done. The citizen was advised to speak with the courts and with an attorney.

A Deputy was contacted in reference to Theft in San Juan County. The person reported that an unknown person had removed a cord of cut rounds of firewood from their property. A report on the incident was taken.

A Deputy was dispatched to a Suspicious Circumstance in the San Juan Island area. The person contacted dispatch to advised that a person there was a court order against, had been driving behind them. The person reporting the incident was disconnected but an information report was taken.
