Island Life to Sponsor 2-Day Environmental Film Festival
Save the Dates: On May 2nd and 3rd, Island Life, Eastsound’s premier sporting goods store, and The Orcas Film Festival are teaming up to present a 2-day film festival at the Sea View Theater. The festival will present eight films, all related to the outdoors and the environment. “We’re excited to be putting together a great collection of films,” says Rick Hughes, owner of Island Life (and ORS/Exchange Board member). “We are really trying to focus on the environment – the Marine environment specifically.” All proceeds will go to The Exchange and the SeaDoc Society.
