For the past 25 years, Orcas youth ages 8-18 have been introduced to the sport of sailing through this popular program. Sail Orcas is happy to present this summer program which focuses on teaching sailing skills in a safe, fun environment.
The next three weeks in August still have spots available, the weather has been fantastic, and the kids are loving it.
With a variety of boats including Vanguard Prams, Lasers and 6 Bics, the program can accommodate beginners and experienced sailors. We offer the perfect venue on the protected waters of West Sound on Orcas Island.
All instructional staff are US Sailing Certified Instructors and Coaches. Intro to Sailing and Intermediate Sailing will be offered all weeks this summer. Intro to Race, Fun on the Water will each be offered in select weeks.
