A Lopez Village business reported that someone has been using their dumpster for household garbage. A report was taken for theft of services. A possible suspect has been identified for follow up contact.

A San Juan Deputy stopped a vehicle because the owner had warrants for their arrest. The driver was arrested on the warrants and issued infractions for no valid license with ID and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

A Lopez Island Deputy located a vehicle reported by a firefighter as a reckless/possibly impaired driver. The driver was not impaired, but admitted to looking away and reaching for an item in the car, causing the momentary erratic driving. Counseled about distracted driving.

An Orcas Deputy was dispatched to a callback about some elder drivers. Information was passed on to contact the Department of Licensing.

An Orcas Deputy was dispatched to a welfare check on Orcas Road near the golf course. The person was contacted, everything was fine and given a ride home.

Deputies responded to a person in a mental health crisis near Eastsound. The subject was given a courtesy transport to Friday Harbor to be voluntarily committed to PeaceIsland Medical Center.

Deputies on Orcas Island responded to an assault in Eastsound. The suspect was arrested.

San Juan Deputies were dispatched to a Welfare Check. Welfare check was completed an informational report was completed.

Deputies on Orcas Island responded to a trespassing complaint. It was determined no trespass had been committed.

San Juan Deputies were dispatched to a report of a Domestic Dispute. All parties were contacted and a report was completed.

San Juan Deputies responded to a domestic incident. The altercation was found to be verbal only, and parties separated for the evening. No crime was reported.

An Orcas Deputy responded to a weapons noise complaint in the Deer Harbor area. Nothing was heard when the Deputy was in the area and the reporting party did not request to be contacted back.

Lopez Island Deputies investigated a reported incident of domestic violence. A suspect was arrested and transported to Friday Harbor and booked into jail on domestic violence assault charges pending a court appearance.

An Orcas Deputy observed an out of area suspicious vehicle hanging around Eastsound, which has been closed due to COVID19. Information was gathered and further investigation has been conducted.
