Deputies on San Juan responded to a report of domestic violence. No crime was founded and the incident was documented.

San Juan Deputies responded to a report of an assault. The suspect had fled the scene prior to arrival and was not located. This case is ongoing.

19-002008 Accident-Injury, Traffic 06:18:47 03/22/19
A Deputy responded to a collision on Orcas Island. The female driver had walked home and later requested a medic response. The driver was transported to a hospital for treatment. There is not a known time that the collision had actually occurred.

19-002012 Child Abuse or Neglect 11:08:53 03/22/19
A Lopez resident requested a Deputy check the welfare of a young child. The Deputy contacted the involved child and their parent. The case was also referred to CPS.

A Deputy was dispatched to a Littering incident in the Friday Harbor area. One person was issued an infraction for Littering an Abandoned Vehicle.

An Orcas Deputy responded to an unattended death in Eastsound. An investigation was completed and a report taken.

A Lopez Island Deputy assisted a property owner in verifying that trespassers had vacated the premises.

A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to a dispute between neighbors. The incident is a civil issue and no crime had been committed. The complainant advised the Deputy he had already contacted his attorney.

19-002106 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 15:07:40 03/25/19
A Deputy on Orcas Island was dispatched to a report of an erratic driver. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

Sexual assault allegations were reported to a Deputy on Orcas Island. An interview of the alleged victim was conducted and an investigation started.

A Deputy on San Juan responded to a vehicle versus tree collision. The driver was found deceased.

A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to a report of a possible DUI. The Deputy followed the vehicle and did not see any indication of impairment. The vehicle was stopped for obstructed plate and the driver contacted. The driver was not impaired and a warning was issued.

A Lopez Island Deputy was called to investigate a report a violation of an Order of Protection.

19-002121 Animal at Large 08:41:12 03/26/19
A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to an animal at large complaint. The Deputy checked the area and was unable to locate the dog.

19-002128 Domestic Dispute or Assault 17:36:14 03/26/19
A Deputy was dispatched to a report of a Domestic Dispute in Friday Harbor. Both parties were separated and a report was taken.

19-002134 Overdose 21:26:39 03/26/19
A Deputies were dispatched to an overdose in Friday Harbor. The patient was flown off island for further treatment.

19-002135 Attempted Suicide 22:22:35 03/26/19
Orcas Island Deputies responded to a suicide attempt call in the Eastsound area. The reporting party advised that they wanted to commit suicide and that they were going to make the cops shoot them. The subject was taken into protective custody without incident.
