15-001724 Citizen Dispute 10:45:29 04/10/15: On Friday, April 10, 2015, a Lopez deputy was dispatched to a citizen dispute involving telephone harassment. Suspect was contacted and advised of the possible criminal nature of his actions. Suspect stated he would not call again and apologized to complainant via deputy.

15-001727 Accident-NonInj 14:45:44 04/10/15: On 4/10/15 a fuel trailer rolled over in the 300 block of Seaview St. in Eastsoud while being unhooked, 300 gallons of gasoline leaked out before the trailer was righted and the spill cleaned up.

15-001729 Trespassing 15:05:02 04/10/15: On Friday, April 10, 2015, a Lopez deputy was dispatched to a trespassing complaint involving a suspect in his driveway calling him names. No crime was alleged to have been committed and both parties were advised to avoid one another.

15-001730 Traffic Stop 15:33:58 04/10/15: A deputy saw a driver operating a motor vehicle on Orcas Rd at Main St. Eastsound and was not wearing her seatbelt. Driver cited.

15-001732 Traffic Stop: 16:26:43 04/10/15: On April 10, 2015 at about 1631 hours, a deputy observed a driver operating a motor vehicle on Main Street at Prune Alley and not wearing his seatbelt. Driver cited.

15-001734 Traffic Stop: 17:10:37 04/10/15: On April 10, 2015 at about 1714 hours, a driver was operating a motor vehicle on Main Street at North Beach and not wearing a seatbelt. Driver was cited.

15-001739 Animal at Large 18:26:56 04/10/15: A SJCSO Deputy received a report of an dog that was found wandering in the 200 block of Hannah Rd. The Deputy responded and observed no tags on the dog so the owner is unknown at this time. The dog was taken to the animal shelter. The dog was an older female chocolate lab.

15-001740 Citizen Assist 20:00:03 04/10/15: A Deputy spoke with a Lopez Island resident on 04/10/15 regarding a parenting plan dispute. The concerned parent told him that he became frustrated with his child’s mother after she rebuffed him for trying to alert her that he had discovered some alarming texts on their child’s cell phone.

15-001741 Confidential Investigation 20:04:41 04/10/15:  received a report of an attempted suicide in the 600 block of Larson St. The person at the residence had taken several pills to try and commit suicide. The person was taken to the hospital.

15-001743 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 23:28:16 04/10/15: On Friday 04-10-2015 at 2328 hours a woman called 911 to report her vehicle was in a ditch and the person she let drive her car left the area and she had now discovered her purse was missing.

15-001748 Burglary,NonRes 10:13:46 04/11/15: On 4/11/15 a burglary from a shop in downtown Eastsound was reported from the previous night. A laptop and clothing were taken

15-001757 Traffic Enforcement 22:44:11 04/11/15: On Sunday 04-11-2015 at approximately 2248 hours a deputy arrived at C street and Harrison street to investigate a report of a vehicle that backed into a phone enclosure. Witnesses at a nearby house heard the loud noise and looked out to see two person standing at the rear of the vehicle.

15-001763 Theft 12:14:37 04/12/15: On 4/12/15 I responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in Eastsound. While checking there area, I located a suspect riding the bicycle and arrested him for possession of stolen property.

15-001775 Malicious Mischief 10:01:17 04/13/15: On Monday, April 13, 2015, a Lopez deputy was contacted regarding the appearance of masks or faces on a property. Upon arrival, no masks or other evidence were found.

15-001781 Theft 16:31:06 04/13/15: On 4/7/15 an unlocked bicycle was stolen from downtown Eastsound.

15-001786 Traffic Stop 20:47:00 04/13/15: On 04/13/15 a vehicle was stopped by a San Juan County Deputy, at the 500 block of Enchanted Forest Rd, Eastsound for failure to use a turn signal. Further investigation revealed the driver had a suspended drivers license. The driver was cited and released on scene and the vehicle was impounded.

April 14, 2015 15-001797 Agency Assistance 15:23:41 04/14/15: A Lopez Island deputy assisted the Island County Coroner in helping to identify next of kin for a death notification.

15-001800 Domestic Dispute or Assault 18:37:31 04/14/15: On 04/14/14, a SJC deputy responded to a report of a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter. Further investigation determined the daughter had committed the crimes of assault 4th degree and interruption of a Domestic Violence 911 reporting.
