Renewal Energy Projects such as solar panels and Energy Efficiency projects such as energy efficient coolers, weatherization, etc. may be eligible for a grant from USDA. Grants can be up to 25% of the project costs. More info attached.

Farmers and small rural businesses are eligible.

The Notice of Funding Availability will be out soon and this is a good opportunity to get a ‘jump’ on the application process.

Workshops be held around the State. There will be one in Mt. Vernon on March 27th. Other locations and RSVP info is listed below.
