The tenth annual San Juan Islands Agricultural Summit is offered both virtually and in-person on Lopez Island. Designed as a space for inspiration, education, and community building, this year’s theme is centered around Building Infrastructure for Change featuring a keynote by Rowen White.

The Summit is a valued annual event and provides a unique opportunity for the food and agricultural community from across the islands, and beyond to gather. Inspired by community input this year, we are excited to provide offerings on a range of topics including: on-farm carbon storage, composting, water storage and irrigation management, vet skills, tree fruit care, and more.

The 2022 Summit is supported by the following partner organizations:

  • WSU San Juan County Extension
  • Lopez Community Land Trust
  • Lopez Island School District & LIFE Garden Program
  • San Juan County Agricultural Resources Committee
  • San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild
  • San Juan Islands Conservation District
