On July 11, 2024, the Town Council granted the applicant’s request for a continuation of the public hearing for the Friday Harbor House Development Agreement to August 1, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Council meeting; the time of the continued public hearing will be provided on the Town’s website at least one week before the August 1, 2024.

The applicant stated the request for a continuation is to allow the additional time to continue to address Council’s questions and make additional outreach efforts to stakeholders which may inform the scope of the Development Agreement.

Town Council had previously continued the public hearing to July 18, 2024, to provide the Town Council with additional time for deliberation and issue a decision on the Development Agreement. As this is a hearing, it is open to the public. The public is advised that:

  • The public comment portion of the Public Hearing is now closed.
