The workshop will be led by Sommelier, Jocelyn Bentley-Prestwich, wine steward of Cathedral Ridge Winery Hood River, OR. Not only is Mrs. Bentley-Prestwich well versed in growing grapes and producing wine, she owns a vineyard and also runs a tasting room.

Take home a bottle of your own custom wine blend! What will it be? Syrah + Malbec? Merlot + Petit Verdot? Or how ‘bout a Bordeaux blend? Space is limited, $125 per participant. All profits benefit Orcas Center.
