This Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22nd at 6 pm, Orcas Island Public Library, sponsored by Friends of the San Juans, welcomes the community to Salish Sea Dome, a breathtaking 360° projection experience that invites viewers into the hidden underwater world of the Salish Sea. 
 

Designed to inspire wonder in families, children, and nature lovers alike, this immersive program reveals the dazzling marine life and delicate ecosystems that thrive beneath the surface of our local waters. By surrounding audiences with vivid imagery and an unforgettable sense of place, Salish Sea Dome offers both a celebration of the natural world and a meaningful reminder of the interconnected web of life that Earth Day calls us to cherish and protect.
