Council Signs Transfer Station Contract With Orcas Recycling
From Stan Matthews County Interim Information Services Manager The San Juan Council unanimously approved a contract with Orcas Recycling Services (ORS) to provide solid waste and recycling handling services at the Orcas Island Transfer Station.
