||| FROM SCOTT HEISINGER for ORCAS PHYSICAL THERAPY |||
These are difficult times for all. At Orcas Island Physical Therapy, we are trying hard to stay open during this current Covid-19 spike. To protect our patients, some of whom are elderly or medically vulnerable, we added a strict new requirement.
We ask all who come for PT treatment to assure us that, for the past 14 days they have not spent any time unmasked, indoors, with anyone they don’t live with.
We realize this may be a sacrifice, especially this time of year, when kids are coming home from college, and when all of us wish we could gather with friends and family for Thanksgiving and upcoming holidays.
We are thankful our staff and patients have avoided contracting the virus. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to do whatever we can to protect each other, our most at risk patients, and island community.
