Saturday, April 20 6:30 p.m., Orcas Center

— from Didier Gincig —

Orcas Kids Variety Show, April 20th @ 6:30 at the Orcas Center will feature acts such as: Martin Lund and Paris Wilson; Paris will also team up with Tim Jenson, a fellow high school senior. Tiffany Loney’s dance students are sure to delight the audience, while Jack Spinogatti makes his premier on the Orcas Center stage with an amazing rendition of “Let it Be.”

Jack’s father, Jon Spinogatti, a talented actor and very funny guy, will participate along with Funhouse Drama Club kids who will premier their new improv theater skills. Emcee and show producer, Didier Gincig, says about Drama Club, “I laugh so hard at Drama Club. They’re funny kids!”

Students from Salmonberry will take their turn with comedy on the center stage. Come admire their courage and talent along with supporting Chela who will sing “Hallelujah,” Corah Pechacek, who will dazzle with her enthusiastic silks; Jack Carson will sing “A Million Dreams”; “The Garden Song” by Alexandra van Dongen, age 14 and Julia van Dongen, age 11. Ebar Lucas and Andy Rivera (guitar teacher at the Christian School) will team up for another multi-generation performance.

We’ll have surprises and we believe the Litch Brothers will be there at the show that is quite similar to Whale of a Show, from elementary school through high school Orcas kids sharing a variety of talent. “Come on out and support Orcas children as they share their courage, enthusiasm, skills, and talent in song, dance, instrumentals, silks, comedy, and more!”
Tickets are $14 and $10/students/seniors. Tickets can be purchased at www.orcascenter.org; at the box office or by calling 376-ACT1.
