Do you know how to get in touch with our local cemeteries when someone asks you or when your family is in need?
The Commissioners of San Juan County Cemetery District #3, who manage the Woodlawn and Mt. Baker Cemeteries on Orcas, have found that it is not always as obvious as one might think, especially when families are under the stress and need to make cemetery arrangements.
The district has been serving island families since 1890. We provide casket, urn and green burials. We have recently provided information cards at the Senior Center, Fire Department and the local churches for you to pick up and take home with you.
