Join us in the Co-op Courtyard (weather permitting; in the Co-op Commons if it’s raining) Saturday, May 30th 11 am to 1 pm, to sample an array of LOCAL KALE dishes to inspire your creative, healthy inner chef.
Don’t know what to do with kale or want fresh ideas? Taste 10 simple and affordable Kale inspired dishes, both raw and cooked, and walk away with ALL the recipes as well. This presentation is the first in a series designed to empower our island community with a tasty education about easily accessible, locally farmed and/or DIY homegrown, inexpensive, nutritious food, one vegetable at a time. Just $2 a person gets you access to taste test all the entries!
