Let the music play!

||| FROM ANITA ORNE for ORCAS ISLAND CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL |||

The performers are arriving, rehearsals are starting, and opening night is this Friday, August 6. Wherever you are, you can stream this year’s Festival, free, beginning with our Welcome Back! concert on Saturday, August 7, and concluding on Closing Night, Saturday, August 21.

We are thrilled to be working with the technical wizards at our venue, Orcas Center, to bring you a wonderful multi-camera streaming experience. Livestream Director and Lighting Designer Jake Perrine and Video Mix and Livestream Operator Erin Bennett, together with our Video Director Adam Stern and audio engineer Roger Sherman, will create a top-notch, intimate, and wonderful experience!

You can watch at no charge, thanks to sponsorship from the Robert Henigson Board Designated Fund. There are no limits to how many can join us on the livestream, so spread the word to friends and relations near and far – now is their chance to experience the Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival! If you can’t watch while the concerts are being played live, the streams will still be available for viewing for 72 hours after the performance. Registration is required; you (and they) can sign up by scrolling down to the Livestream Concerts section here.

Thanks to Jake, Erin, Orcas Center Executive Director Dimitri Stankevich, and the whole team at Orcas Center for working with us to bring these livestreams to the world, in the best imaginable way!
