North Beach Road, between Main and A Street will be closed for Halloween trick-or-treating between 3 and 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 31 The idea was first submitted to the County Council on Monday by Orcas Chamber’s Lance Evans. The County Council was able to push through the required resolution in time for the goblins to be safe on Saturday evening.
