— from Shannon Wilbur for County Public Works —

Next week, traffic will be directed to the new gravel road while work begins on the existing road in that area.

Traffic control lights were operating this week (as you probably noticed!). After some adjustments, the wait time has been reduced to 4 minutes (for now). The lights are expected to be operating overnight beginning early next week because traffic will be reduced to one lane.

Road closure north of McNallie Road has been delayed until Monday, April 8. Detour signs to Dolphin Bay Rd and McNallie Rd will be in place.

Nordstroms Lane road closure to eastbound traffic (except residents and EMS) is still in effect.

CAUTION! The speed limit in the entire construction zone has been reduced to 25 mph. Fines for speeding are doubled in the work area.

Work hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
