Get your art on! The popular Edge Arts alternative group art show returns to Orcas Center and its opening night exhibition promises to be a fabulous evening highlighting some of the best local art and creative folks found on Orcas. The opening starts at 5:30 pm and goes into the evening. There will be stellar beer from the island’s favorite local beer masters – Island Hoppin’ Brewery – available for purchase as well as delicious wood-fired pizza for sale. Come early and make it a full night!

Orcas Island Farms Tour, 11 am – 3 pm. Explore working farms on Orcas Island! Here’s your chance to visit some of the island’s very best farms, including Maple Rock Farm, Morningstar Farm, and other locations.Contact Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce for more information.
Orcas Crossroads Lecture Series will have its next lecture at 2 pm, at Orcas Center. Dr. Daniel Kammen will explore innovations in and barriers to building renewable energy systems worldwide.
Harvest Meal on the Village Green 4 p.m.. Some of the best Island chefs will be preparing incredible dishes, and you’ll have a chance to sample Eastsound’s Island Hoppin’ Brew. Benefits Orcas Island Farm to Cafeteria Program!
