The San Juan County Marine Resources Committee will hear presentations from Tom Cowan on the removal of derelict fishing gear, and Mike Kaill on managing stormwater as part of their next regular meeting on April 7.
The meeting will take place from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Islanders Bank in Friday Harbor.
Also on the agenda are reports from the NW Straits Commission, allocation of salmon recovery funds, and discussion of the changes in Puget Sound Partnership staffing, project ideas for the Benchmark fund, and a review of the Shoreline Master Program library.
The public is welcome to attend, and public comment will be allowed.
An Executive Committee meeting will follow the MRC meeting at 11 a.m.
