From the Orcas Island Park and Recreation District
Saturday, March 16 there will be a March Madness Adult Basketball Tournament. Seven teams including off island teams will be participating. It will be in the K-8 and High School Gyms starting at 9 a.m.
Donations from teams go to the school Booster Club. Eastsound Towing is donating champion shirts and Orcas Island Golf Course will be donating drinks for the event.
We are still looking for referees. Come on by this Saturday and enjoy the March Madness! Any donations will support the Booster Club.
