UPDATED STORY: The previously lost peacock that had been found was reunited with its owner, then immediately went missing.
We have a Peacock that has been hanging out on our deck for about a week and a half. It obviously belongs to someone because it will approach humans and actually follow you. So we think someone has lost their pet bird.
So far we’ve had no luck with word-of-mouth. We are located on Snowberry Lane, off Enchanted Forest Rd just east of the Gun Club. 360-376-3693.

Better yet, come by Doe Bay just east of the resort and pick yourself up another peacock and have yourself a pair! He’s been here causing trouble for the last month or so. But I bet he’d love a new home.
You can adopt a pair much closer to home if you come to the West Sound marina area…these guys might be spending nostalgic time on the deck of what used to be Emily Reid’s house. What fun they all could have together!
All these peacocks belong to no one, having split from family life long ago to enjoy the free life of the road….
