Tom Fiscus of the Orcas Island Library Board of Trustees and Phil Heikkinen, Library Director, have accepted the Orcas Island Lions Club invitation to speak at the Sunrise Breakfast on September 23 at 7 a.m.
As most of you know, the Library Board has begun an expansion project for the Library. This is a monumental task with many moving parts including design, financing and neighborhood issues. Tom and Phil will come prepared to answer questions and provide handout materials to assist in explaining the details.
Please plan on joining us on Friday, September 23 at 7 a.m. to meet Tom Fiscus and Phil Heikkinen and get your Library expansion questions answered. Remember, coffee is on the Lions Club – breakfast is no host, and everyone is invited, Sunrise Volunteers and your friends, so bring someone along!
