The second Saturday of August is a special day for those on Orcas Island. That is the date of the Library Fair and this year it will again be held on the Library Grounds, on August 8, from 10 – 3.
The Fair is organized by the Friends of the Library, a non-profit group supporting the Orcas Library taxing district.
