— from Stephanie Rosenblatt —
Last night my daughter was on the front line with the other PDX MOMs and DADs peacefully supporting her and our nation’s constitutional right to protest. They were tear gassed for standing up for democracy. These people are NOT anarchists; they are displaying courage and fortitude in our country that has run amok and labels antifascist as criminals.
According to this administration my father and uncles who fought against fascism in WWII would now be considered enemies of the state. I feel as though our country has fallen into Alice In Wonderland’s Rabbit Hole where logic was non-existent and jibberish prevailed.
I’m going to be purchasing yellow ribbons to tie around my trees to support Portland front liners for democracy. Would you care to join me and perhaps make this a “viral” action around the country?

So sorry your daughter was subjected to such treatment but thank her for us. And your idea is terrific. I will join her and get others to.
Thank you for sharing a story of truth from the front lines.
