Attention Voters: Look for Land Bank REET Renewal at Bottom of Page 1 of Your Ballot where you’ll find SJC Proposition 1 to renew our local Land Bank’s REET funding, beneath four state measures and adjacent to state and federal races.
We’ve received reports from several voters that this location on ballot led to a mistaken ‘no’ vote. Please read your ballot carefully and spread the word!

If you make a mistaken choice on your ballot, the ballot instructions show you how to correct it. For example, if you mistakenly voted No on extending the Land Bank REET (Proposition No. 1 – Extending Conservation Area Real Estate Excise Tax) , cross out the word “No” and then fill in the box next to “Yes”.
