Orcas Island Fire and Rescue would like to thank the community for the actions everyone is taking to help support community needs. In addition to social distancing measures, those who have been able to help provide food, shelter and other daily needs have also helped to reduce the possibility of a medical or other emergency developing.

We applaud the Orcas Island community and thank everyone for their support. We are all in this together and we couldn’t ask for a better community to serve.

Thank you so much to our heroes, starting with our EMTs, Food Bank, medical providers, churches, schools, OICF, Island Market…….We are so blessed to be in this community. Stay well. Stay safe. Stay sane.
